PRIMEdge offers blade styles for virtually every bowl chopper make and model, in blade sizes ranging from 15 to 1500 liters. Made of high quality alloy steel, precision ground to exact bevels and polished to a sanitary finish.
We offer premium quality dicer blades for processing of meat, vegetable and baked goods. Standard, guide bar, positive, and negative dicer blade shapes in straight, scalloped, and serrated edge styles. Blades are available for all dicing machines including Diana®, Emsen®, Foodlogistik/ Nematec®, Holac®, Theisen®, Treif®, and Velati®.
Top-performing PRIMEdge emulsifier plates and insert blades are made of heat-treated, tool steel for a consistent strong edge producing cooler improved cutting results and increased productivity.
PRIMEdge bone and gristle elimination system is easy to use, inexpensive to maintain and, for most installations, does not require air pressure assistance. We offer grinder plates as well as parts and accessories for U.S. and European style bone and gristle elimination systems.

Precision manufactured poultry blades are available in a variety of cutting bevels: smooth, serrated or notched. Our poultry blades are manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel. Available with different cutting bevels—smooth, serrated or notched.
PRIMEdge skinner and derinder blades are made of surgical grade stainless steel. Available in regular corner or safety chamfered corner, in all sizes to fit all skinning machines. Precisely engineered blade geometry reduces surface friction and compression.
